Katherine has worked across a variety of commercial property matters and has developed a particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, and landlord and tenant issues.

Lorena is a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Solicitor. Having trained at a top-tier London firm, she brings a wealth of experience from handling complex and high-net-worth transactions, along with a background in rent accounting and social welfare, housing, and commercial property matters.
Lorena specialises in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, as well as the granting and management of leases.
She approaches her work with integrity and honesty, always aiming to act in the best interests of her clients, her practice, and the transaction itself. She is committed to continuously finding new ways to improve services and deliver the best outcomes.
As a bi-lingual Solicitor, Lorena has the added advantage of communicating fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Gareth has developed a particular focus on property litigation, expertly assisting both commercial and individual clients with complex issues, from boundary disputes to sophisticated lease and tenancy matters. His experience, which includes advising major insurers on strategy for high-value personal injury and fraud cases, has cultivated a highly analytical and commercially minded approach. This background allows him to focus on the underlying causes and commercial sensitivities of every case, guiding clients strategically toward commercially sound resolutions.

Kirsty has 10 years of experience in HR, specialising in Employment Law, GDPR compliance, and HR services.
As a CIPD Level 3-certified professional, she brings a wealth of expertise and a solution-focused mindset to her role, supporting internal employees and ensuring the organisation stays aligned with the latest legislative changes.
Kirsty is passionate about improving the employee experience, reducing turnover, and fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture. Her proactive, organised approach and natural ability to connect with others make her an effective and approachable problem-solver.

A Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, Alex joined us in November 2024 with a diverse legal background in consumer and property disputes.
After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Alex began his career as a paralegal in consumer law and service charge recovery, before beginning his training as a solicitor at a local firm.
He works across a wide range of dispute resolution matters, from debts and property to commercial disputes and professional negligence – with a particular interest in contentious matters.
Organised and efficient, he is passionate about understanding the needs of each client to offer the appropriate support in potentially distressing situations.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing football and (weather-permitting!) a round of golf, as well as spending time with his partner exploring new restaurants and foods. He has also assisted the Enterprise Education Personal Development Programme as a volunteer, helping young people access a career in law with mock interviews in schools!
Sabreena is a Solicitor in our private client team, specialising in Lasting Powers of Attorney and drafting Wills. She also works on estate administration, supporting clients with Inheritance Tax and asset distribution.
She is also a keen supporter of the community, having overseen initiatives in previous roles including Free Wills Month – and meeting a £130,500 fundraising target!
As she continues to build her practice, Sabreena enjoys strong relationships with her clients and values perseverance and a positive mindset in her approach to work, supporting her technical skills with active listening and compassion for clients.
In her spare time, Sabreena enjoys travelling and cooking, as well as heading out for a long walk and spending time with family and friends.
