Our Older Client Department, including members of the nationwide organisation Association of Lifetime Lawyers and staffed by sympathetic and experienced personnel, provides advice on:
- Creating and registering a Lasting Power of Attorney
- Application to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy
- Liability for long-term care fees and other aspects of residential and nursing care
Home visits are available for older or infirm clients who are unable to attend at our offices.
Additionally, many of our colleagues are Dementia Friends.
