Gina Newman is Practice Manager at Palmers Solicitors, assisting the Directors with day-to-day business-related issues.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is responsible for recruitment, staff induction, the performance management system and advising the company on employment-related policies and changes in HR processes.
Gina enjoys the variety of her role and being able to have a direct input into the management and future development of the company.
She joined Palmers Solicitors in 1989 as a Legal Secretary, becoming Office Manager ten years later, HR Manager in 2002 and Practice Manager in 2018. Reflecting her commitment to her role and to the wellbeing of our team, she is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
Away from the office, Gina enjoys gardening, wine and spending time with her five cats.
