Eloise achieved a first- class LLB (Hons) from the University of Law and brings two years of experience as a private client paralegal at a city firm to her role.
Initially Eloise joined our team in 2024 as a paralegal. From 1st February 2025, Eloise has commenced her training contract and since passed her SQE 1 exams. Her role includes assisting with matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection applications.
Dedicated and committed to client satisfaction, she approaches her role with confidence and excellent communication to reach the highest standards in her work.
Outside of work, Eloise enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
Jennifer is a member of our Litigation department, having joined Palmers Solicitors as a Paralegal in 2024 from a Suffolk based firm before qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2025.
She advises clients on a range of contentious matters, including personal injury, financial services, property, commercial and Will disputes.
With a methodical and pragmatic approach to her work, Jennifer is level-headed and enjoys researching and solving problems.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a competitive horse rider and enjoys travelling.
Katharyn O’Brien is the Compliance Officer at Palmers Solicitors.
With over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, Katharyn is an expert in compliance matters and data protection, possessing a keen eye for detail where it matters most.
She works across all departments within our practice, providing guidance on all compliance matters, including regulatory information.
Katharyn also works closely with our COLP, COFA and anti-money laundering officers and is our first point of contact in relation to client care..
Katharyn is also actively involved in enhancing our working processes and building uniformity between departments, allowing our specialists to provide a full and cohesive service to clients.
Her passion for working collaboratively and developing smarter ways of working make Katharyn an asset to the team and her role, with a calm and organised approach to all her work.
Away from her desk, Katharyn is a keen golfer with a passion for travel.
Amy is a Solicitor in our Residential Property and Conveyancing department.
After qualifying in 2022, she worked as a Solicitor at a local firm before joining Palmers Solicitors in 2024 – the next step towards her goal of becoming an Associate!
With a wide range of property law experience, Amy advises clients and supports the team on all aspects of residential property transactions. She possesses particular expertise in residential sales and purchase , company purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgaging.
Passionate about supporting clients through complex matters, Amy enjoys the variety of her role. She takes a calm, collected and friendly approach to client work, emphasising communication and reaching the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Amy loves to spend time with her family, watch a good film or try out new recipes!
Lauren joined Palmers in May 2023 initially as a Legal Secretary, providing vital support to our Private Client, Family and Commercial Property teams. Lauren commenced her training contract in April 2024, having achieved a 1st class Law Degree at Essex University in July 2023.
As a Trainee Solicitor in our Construction team, she supports a range of clients, learning from our experienced team. She embraces new situations enthusiastically and enjoys working to achieve a positive outcome for her clients.
A hard worker with a positive, driven mindset, Lauren thrives on learning new procedures and practices and being able to use her problem-solving skills on a range of matters.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys travelling and going on holiday with family.
Kristie specialises in Employment Tribunal claims like unfair dismissal and discrimination as well as advising our clients on, and preparing, settlement agreements.
She is also an expert on preparing contracts of employment and staff handbooks that maintain the compliance of numerous businesses.
She loves the variety that working in Employment Law offers.
Her colleagues praise her for her dedication, organisational skills, and the way she communicates effectively with clients and co-workers alike.
Kristie has also presented an MBL Webinar on AI, deepfakes & employment law, and how to protect business interests.
Outside of work, Kristie likes to spend time with her children, baking, and swimming. She is also a keen traveller.
