Initially qualifying as a solicitor in August 2002, Patricia is an experienced litigator with expertise in both civil and commercial litigation.
Primarily focused on commercial litigation in her current role, Patricia has worked on a range of complex matters and dealt with cases for several different organisations, including working in-house for Consumer Champion and Charity – Which?
She enjoys that no two cases are the same, which makes her adaptable to finding the outcome that is right for each particular client.
Using her considerable problem-solving skills, she is committed and dedicated to finding the most cost-effective solutions.
Although she primarily assists clients with litigation, Patricia is also an advocate for alternative dispute resolution and has helped several clients resolve matters outside of the courts.
She advises on all types of civil and commercial related disputes, including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Negligence disputes
- Breach of contract and misrepresentation
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Insolvency-related enforcement work
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Warranty claims
- Charity litigation
- Property and boundary disputes
- Neighbour disputes, including nuisance and trespass
- Property damage claims
- TOLATA claims
When not at work, Patricia enjoys going to the theatre, travelling and spending time with her family and dog Lottie
She also enjoys taking part in various social activities, such as mini-golf and tree top challenges but more recently she has discovered ‘escape and panic rooms’ and this has become her secret obsession.
