Louise has worked at various law firms since 2007. She attained a 2.1 LLB Law and Human Rights degree, qualifying in November of 2009. She has also completed the STEP Diploma in Estates and Trusts (England & Wales).
Her last job was in a senior position as head of Wills and probate.
Louise joined Palmers in July 2022 as a solicitor and was promoted to an Associate Solicitor in August 2023. Louise specialises in wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
She enjoys meeting the public and helping them through difficult times, which often means problem-solving to meet the clients’ objectives. She achieves this through empathy and patience, attention to detail and treating all clients with respect. Her strengths are prioritising urgent matters and dealing with them in a timely manner.
Away from the office Louise is a keen cinemagoer, she loves socialising with friends and family and when feeling more active enjoys a game of badminton.
Louise is a Dementia Friend and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
