William Brock

William Brock

William is a solicitor in our Wills and Probate department and joined the firm in 2026.

He prepares Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, assists with Grant extraction and estate administration and also has experience with ancillary HM Land Registry applications.

Keenly passionate about learning, William continually seeks new ways to develop and improve for the benefit of clients and colleagues.

He draws from the experience of those around him as much as possible and aspires to become STEP qualified.

A conscientious critical thinker, William enjoys the challenges posed by working with clients from all walks of life and at all stages of life. He approaches work from the perspective of a client, foregrounding the issues and concerns that affect them directly so that he can better address the matter with empathy.

Outside of work, William is an avid runner, even going so far as to read Haruki Murakami’s “What I Talk About When I Talk About Running,” and is a keen footballer.

Pooja Kaur

Pooja is a highly experienced and skilled immigration lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience in Immigration Law. She is keen to grow the Palmers immigration team and wants to bring her expertise and knowledge across Essex.

Pooja has first hand experience and understands what entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders need from their legal advisor. She supports both businesses and individuals in navigating through the complex immigration processes.

Pooja attended the University of Westminster and received her LLB Honours degree in Law in 2006. She further studied the Legal Practice Course and graduated from BPP Law in London.

Pooja has a wealth of knowledge and is involved in advising businesses on immigration (including Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 5) when it comes to hiring skilled workers, the rights of dependants, sponsorship license applications, and advising employers on audit and compliance of their duties as an employer.

Equally, Pooja has experience in advising on appeal challenges and the next steps in the process. She has experience in undertaking her own advocacy and has conducted appeals against adverse decisions to the First Tier and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum chamber.

Pooja prides herself on her client-focused approach. She listens carefully, remains non-judgemental and takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, concerns and priorities. Pooja’s goal is always to empower clients with knowledge, support them through their immigration process and advocate for them with strength and integrity.

Pooja enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and cooking. She is also actively involved in community work and regularly volunteers with the local Sikh Temple where she helps provides meals for the homeless.

Katherine O’Sullivan

Katherine O’Sullivan

A Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, Katherine, joined the team in November 2025.

Prior to working with us, Katherine worked at top-tier London and national firms and developed a passion for working across a variety of commercial property areas, including land and property development, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property portfolio management.

The breadth of property work and clients appeals to Katherine and her attention to detail allows her to provide the best commercial outcome for her clients.

She takes a methodical, practical approach to work and is always keen to develop a strong working relationship with clients as she maps out the key points of their transactions.

Outside of work, Katherine can often be found on stage, where she recently played leading roles in a Treasure Island panto and an Agatha Christie whodunnit. She is also a fitness fanatic and instructor who teaches bootcamp/HIIT classes and hopes to take part in a Hyrox challenge.

Louise Williams

Louise Williams

Louise has worked in the recruitment industry for over a decade, where she gathered a range of experience on matters relating to internal recruitment, ER, employee wellbeing, onboarding, performance management and staff development.

Currently a CIPD Level 3- certified professional, she is working towards her CIPD Level 5 People Management certification.

Louise aims to provide stability and continuity during maternity cover, ensuring processes run smoothly by supporting managers effectively and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Her ability to build strong, trusted relationships and take a solution-oriented approach to finding a balanced outcome for both employee and the business means she is able to make a genuine impact on people’s experiences.

Proactive and hands-on, Louise always knows when to take initiative and when to empower others.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys days out at theme parks with her stepdaughter as well as brunches and dinners with the girls.

Priscilla Sam

Priscilla is a paralegal in the Commercial Property department, where she supports clients with a range of matters including lease renewals and sale and purchase of commercial property.

Priscilla has been with Palmers Solicitors since 2025 and is aiming to qualify as a solicitor.

She is a hardworking, quick learner who aims to provide the best service to clients at all times.

Outside of work, Priscilla turns her keen eye for detail towards event planning and she also enjoys travelling.

Arsalan Mohsin

Arsalan Mohsin

A solicitor in our dispute team, Arsalan joined us in October 2025 bringing with him the experience of having completed seats in Private Client, Company and Commercial, Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution .

Particularly keen to take on complex disputes for individuals and businesses alike, Arsalan ensures that clients are equipped with the strategic information they need at every stage.

He enjoys the diversity that each case brings and always endeavours to tailor advice to suit the unique needs of individuals and businesses.

Arsalan cuts through complicated issues with a practical approach that ensures his clients feel heard and empowered.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, playing football and going to the gym.
