Palmers Solicitors paralegal moves closer to full qualification with exam pass

Laura Carter, a Paralegal at Palmers Solicitors has passed her Probate Practice examination, bringing her one step closer to qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.

In order to gain the title of Chartered Legal Executive, candidates are required to undergo a rigorous programme of training, examinations and practical experience, overseen by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).

Laura works within our Wills, Trusts and Probate department and joined Palmers Solicitors in 2014, having gained a first class degree in Law from Canterbury Christ Church University.

She said: “I am delighted to be a step closer to qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive and am now looking forward to working towards my next examinations.

“Qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive is an important part of my professional development and, most importantly, to being able to make a greater difference to our clients.”

Tim Steele, a Partner at Palmers Solicitors, added: “We would all like to congratulate Laura on this success.

“Chartered Legal Executives are an important part of the legal profession and ultimately it is our clients who will benefit from the skills and knowledge Laura gains as she progresses to full qualification.”
