Palmers Solicitors is proud to announce that it has fought off stiff competition and won the Excellent Customer Service category of the Thurrock Business Awards for the second successive year.
Announced on 27 March at the Civic Hall, Blackshots, the awards celebrated business success across a variety of categories and culminated in a black tie presentation dinner dance for around 300 guests and dignitaries.
The Excellent Customer Service category award is for companies that are able to demonstrate the highest standard of customer care and service by adopting a positive and focused approach to meet their customer’s needs.
Commenting on the award, Partner BJ Chong said: “It is a tremendous honour to win this prestigious award for a second time and a testament to the efforts of everyone at the Thurrock office, without whom this success would not have been possible. Again, the judging panel itself was an extremely highly regarded business which boasted awards in this same category previously as well as being East of England Business Champions in 2013 and 2014. To top that off, they are led by a very impressive CEO who had herself been Business Woman of the Year.
