Essex-based Palmers Solicitors has been crowned Employer of the Year at the Rochford District Business Awards 2025, marking a standout moment for the firm.
The win comes after a remarkable year of team growth, employee wellbeing initiatives and other ongoing efforts to create a thriving and supportive workplace environment.
Palmers were also finalists in the Community Impact Award and SME of the Year categories, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and community involvement.
Although they did not secure the win for all three categories, the team had an incredible evening celebrating with other successful local businesses.
