Adam Davis – We engaged Adam to provide us with some training on the most common form of construction contract, relevant to our line of work. Adam explained in a very easy to understand format and we subsequently engaged him to write a bespoke sub-contract for our use. All clauses were clearly explained and minor tweaks made when required during a negotiation. We were kept informed of any risks that may require consideration and we were able to make informed decisions.
