Location: Phoenix House, Basildon. Very flexible working arrangements are available.
We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join our Litigation department. The successful candidate will undertake litigation work on behalf of clients, providing a broad quality service as part of the practice. You’ll manage client files, develop litigation services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor with litigation experience, ideally with some experience in property disputes, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in using relevant technological systems.

Centralised Post Completions Clerk
Location: Thurrock Office
Hours: Full-time – 9.00 am to 5.30pm
We are seeking a driven and organised Centralised Post Completions Clerk to join our friendly team based in Thurrock. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in post completions work who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Your main responsibilities will include managing post completion tasks for residential property transactions across the firm, preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, handling stamp duty submissions, and ensuring all requirements from mortgage lenders are met. You will also maintain accurate records, update case management systems, respond to queries from clients and third parties, and assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Private Client Lawyer
