Directions to Commercial Hub
From the A127 –from the A127/A132 (Nevendon) junction, take the exit from the roundabout signposted A132 towards Basildon. At the next roundabout take the final exit (back on yourself towards the A127); take the first road on the left at Christopher Martin Road and Phoenix House is on the left.
From the A127 – from the A127/A176 (Noak Bridge) Junction take the exit towards Basildon. Follow Upper Mayne/A176 until the junction with Cranes Farm Rd/A1235. Turn left onto Cranes Farm Road. Stay on Cranes Farm Rd/A1235 until the junction with Gardiners Lane South (for reference, this junction is after the Festival Leisure Park and after CNH Tractor Plant). Turn left onto Gardiners Lane South. At the end of the road, at the mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Christopher Martin Rd. After approximately 1.3 miles you will arrive at Phoenix House.
From the eastbound A13– from at the Five Bells junction: Continue on A13 Eastbound (Southend bound). Take the first exit at Pitsea and take the A132 exit towards Basildon. Continue on the A132 towards the A127. Just before the A127 junction, turn left onto Christopher Martin Rd. Turn left. Arrive at Phoenix House. Visitor parking is available at the front of the building.
Palmers Commercial Hub is on the ground floor in Phoenix House – please report to the main reception in Phoenix House (not Phoenix Place) which is also on the ground floor to the front of the building
Bus – The nearest bus stop is very close to Phoenix House (opposite Sainsbury’s adjacent to the Nevendon roundabout). Buses numbered 15, 25, 25A, 43, 46, 50, 94, 94A, 94B, 220, 825 stop here.
