Lee McClellan – I recently found myself facing a potential Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claim following the passing of my mum. Although I was expecting it to happen, it’s a bit of a shock when it actually does, that along with still coming to terms with the loss of my mum creates a lot of upset and stress.
