Luke Morgan – Both my client and I found Luke to be extremely approachable, putting my client at ease immediately. His approach was pragmatic and commercial, and he encouraged different approaches to settlement which moved the matter forwards. He worked extremely hard to find common ground between the parties and I think would probably have been happy to stay until midnight if that was required!
