We normally charge on a time spent basis, using hourly rates or fixed fee basis. Our current hourly rates are set out below. We will notify you should these change during the duration of the engagement.
The prices quoted on our website will not be binding in that separate and personalised quotes and estimates will be provided to clients once they are formally engaged and provided with a Client Care Letter and Terms and Conditions of Business.
The fees quoted below are dependent on an applicant’s immigration background, complexity and urgency of the case.

Disbursements
All fees quoted exclude disbursements and these are payable in addition to our professional fees. Disbursements are payments to third party agencies and include the following but not limited to:

- Home Office priority fee for faster processing of your application (where available)

- Certificate of Sponsorship fee

At the start of your matter, we will confirm what the likely disbursements are in relation to your case. Depending on the nature of the disbursement, VAT may be charged on the fee by the third party.
