A leading Essex-based law firm has tapped the creativity of local schoolchildren for its 2016 Christmas card design.
Palmers Solicitors, which has offices in Basildon, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, will be using designs created by pupils from Treetops School in Thurrock for its annual Christmas e-card.
Lee McClellan, a Partner at Palmers, said: “It was very tough to choose the winners from all the children’s designs. There were many excellent entries and so it was very challenging to select just four winners.”
First prize was awarded to Will Stanley, aged 8, second prize was awarded to Vincent Spencer, aged 6, third prize went to William Bates, aged 10, and fourth prize went to Madeleine Davis, also aged 10.
Lee McClellan added: “I would like to congratulate Will, Vincent, William and Madeleine on their success. Their designs will now be seen by the thousands of clients and contacts who are set to receive our e-card.”
Treetops is a special school for children and young people between the ages of 3 and 19 with moderate learning difficulties.
