Staff at Essex-based Palmers Solicitors have proved that they’re a close knit team and donned their favourite festive fashion howlers for National Christmas Jumper Day.
The firm raised £207.80, which will be going to The Squirrels Dementia Nursing Home in Brentwood to help with the day-to-day care of the home’s residents. Separately, a collection of foodstuffs and a donation was made to the Thurrock Food Bank.
BJ Chong, Partner at Palmers said: “National Christmas Jumper Day was so much fun and it’s great to be able to raise money for charity and other worthy community projects at the same time. I’m proud that Palmers’ efforts will benefit The Squirrels Dementia Nursing Home and the Thurrock Food Bank. I’m also happy to say that the staff and Partners will be taking part in lots more fundraising activities throughout 2016.”
