Solicitor, Siobain Moore recently passed a set of exams as part of her work to become a fully accredited member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (SFE).
SFE promotes best practice amongst lawyers who specialise in work for older and vulnerable clients. The exam taken by Siobain focuses on specialist client care skills in dealing with older and vulnerable clients, paying for care, capacity and wills, estate planning, trusts and probate.
The Older Client Care and Practice Award signals a lawyer’s experience in dealing with older and vulnerable clients on a regular basis and that they have a good understanding of the needs and additional considerations when acting for older and vulnerable clients.
Siobain said: “I am delighted to have passed the exam and to have been able to take a step closer to gaining full membership of SFE. There are particular considerations to bear in mind when working with older and vulnerable clients and I am keen to ensure that I can deliver the very best service possible in all circumstances.”
