South Essex-based Palmers Solicitors has been recognised for delivering high levels of customer service with an award shortlisting.
The firm, which has offices in Basildon, Rayleigh, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, is shortlisted for the Excellent Customer Focus category at the Essex Countywide Business Awards.
The tough judging process for the awards has already seen Palmers make a detailed written submission setting out its approach to client service.
