Lawyers at Palmers Solicitors, which has offices in Basildon, Thurrock, South Woodham Ferrers and, from this summer, Rayleigh, are celebrating after being re-awarded the prestigious Lexcel Quality Mark following a three day assessment by the Law Society.
The Lexcel Quality Mark is administered by the Law Society and recognises law firms that meet rigorous standards of practice management and client service.
The demanding assessment process involved interviews with several of the firm’s solicitors as well as the examination of important documentation.
The assessor’s report found that: “Palmers solicitors are a leading firm in the area and have demonstrated high standards of compliance.”

“This is wonderful recognition of the efforts of the whole team and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering the very highest standards of work and of customer service across the firm for the benefit of clients from across South Essex.”
This is the latest strong endorsement of Palmers Solicitors, with the firm having recently been shortlisted as a finalist in both the Customer Service and Business to Business services categories at the Thurrock Business Awards 2017.
