Gemma is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property department, based out of our Phoenix House office.
She has experience advising on all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending and refinancing (including specialist development finance and bridging loans), and land development. She also has significant experience in providing corporate support in company acquisitions and disposals, working alongside our Company Commercial department.
Gemma prides herself on taking the time to understand her clients’ objectives; allowing her to provide commercial and practical advice to help achieve that goal and build lasting relationships.
Gemma completed her law degree in two years whilst working as a Legal Assistant in the Corporate department at a leading international law firm in London. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London with a Distinction in 2014 before starting her training contract and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2017.
When not working, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family and taking long walks by the coast.
