Helen Jago – Helen took time to explain the whole process of probate and the different routes we could use. From start to completion, Helen would contact me to explain what was going on. She also dealt with any question outside normal time. I was also able to speak to or email either Laura or Jamie. Helen is a highly professional solicitor and a great asset to Palmers.
