This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and dynamic residential property lawyer seeking a long-term career within a busy, CQS accredited residential property department.
You must have a strong technical knowledge in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions and the ability to work in a high volume, face-paced environment. You will be expected to build an excellent rapport with existing clients and agents and have the ability to attract new clients and build new contacts.
This is a full-time role providing the opportunity to undertake the full mix of residential matters and the opportunity to work alongside the partner, including assisting her in the development and guidance of the team.
