The commitment to road safety of dozens of organisations has been recognised in the 2015 Fleet Safety Awards.
The awards are organised by Brake, the road safety charity, which has just released the list of shortlisted entrants for the awards, which will be presented at a ceremony on 1 October in Solihull.
The awards celebrate the achievements of fleet operators working hard to reduce road incidents involving at-work drivers.
They feature 14 categories, including Company Driver Safety, for the organisation that has implemented initiatives that do most to promote and achieve safer driving among employees, and Road Risk Manager of the Year.
While the awards celebrate work to improve road safety, involvement in an accident or other road traffic incident can have far-reaching consequences for professional drivers or anyone who needs to travel as part of their work.
