From A13 – London Bound – Take the A1012 exit towards Grays/A1306, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A1012, At Treacle Mine Roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Arterial Rd North Stifford/A1306, At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Burghley Rd/B186 – Go through 1 roundabout, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Fleming Rd.  Destination will be on the right.

From A13 – Southend Bound – Take the exit onto the A126 towards Thurrock Lakeside and West Thurrock.  Keep left onto B186 towards Chafford Hundred and Shopping Centre.  At the round about, take the first exit onto Fenner Road.  At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Flemming Road.  Destination will be on the right.
